Support Request 35300: Enhanced Validation for Customer Detail Text Fields

Updated validation on the Customer Detail tab to allow entries containing and > characters in the Alert Message, Location Reminder, and Location Instructions fields, provided the content does not match a valid HTML tag format.
Support entries such as email addresses or other text enclosed by these characters, adding a space immediately after the opening character will allow the value to be saved.
If a user attempts to save content containing a prohibited HTML tag format, a tooltip/notification is displayed on the Save button indicating that the entry is not permitted.

On a test Account with a Bill To relationship, navigate to a Service Location Account and attempt adding a Card on File. In EV1 verify adding Card on File is not affected on Bill To or Service Locations and functioning as expected as well to be safe.
