How to Validate:
Create 2 Programs on a Test Account with Sales Commission assigned, one where the Sale Amount and Production are identical and one while they differ. Attempt Adjustments on both and verify that where the Sale and Production differ that the Calculate button is not active for the Production and IS Active for the Sales Commission. Created a Pay Schedule for both Programs and verify the same when applying Adjustments to the Installments.
